Terms of Service
Last updated: August 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of ConeMotion. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Accounts
You sign in to ConeMotion through Cone ID. You're responsible for keeping your Cone ID credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Using the service
You agree to use ConeMotion only for lawful purposes. You won't submit prompts intended to generate infringing, harmful, abusive, or illegal content; attempt to disrupt or overload the service; or use it to build a competing product.
Your content and AI-generated output
You retain ownership of the prompts you write and the motion graphics, images, videos, and audio you generate. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate and improve the service on your behalf.
You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you describe or reference in a prompt. Because output is generated by AI models, we can't guarantee it will be accurate, original, or free of errors — review generated content before relying on or publishing it.
Credits, billing, and cancellation
Generating and rendering content consumes credits, which you purchase through a subscription plan or one-time top-up, billed via Razorpay. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
Our intellectual property
ConeMotion, its branding, and the underlying software are our property. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Features and availability may change as the product evolves, and we may suspend or limit access for maintenance, abuse prevention, or non-payment.
Termination
You may stop using ConeMotion and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abusive or unlawful use of the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConeMotion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for content generated by AI models.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
