Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Account information. You sign in through Cone ID, our shared authentication provider. We receive and store your name and email address from that sign-in — we never see or store your password.

Content you create. When you generate or save a motion graphic, image, video, or audio clip, we store the prompt you entered, the generated output, and any props or edits you make to it, so you can come back to your work later.

Files you upload or generate. Media you upload, and media ConeMotion generates on your behalf, is stored in your connected StorageCone account and counts toward your storage there.

Payment information. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Razorpay, our payment processor. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and store a record of your plan and credit balance — we never receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

Usage data. We keep basic logs of activity such as generation and render requests, timestamps, and error details, to operate the service and diagnose problems.

How we use it

We use this information to operate your account, generate and render your videos, process payments and maintain your credit balance, provide customer support, and keep the service secure and reliable. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your prompts or generated content to serve you advertising.

Third-party service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run ConeMotion, each of whom only receives the data needed to perform their function on our behalf:

• Cone ID — authentication and sign-in
• Razorpay — payment and subscription processing
• StorageCone and Cloudflare R2 — file storage
• Our AI generation providers — process your prompts to produce output

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. It's required for the app to work and isn't used for advertising or tracking across other sites.

Data retention

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete a project or asset, it's removed from your library; some records, such as payment history, may be retained longer where we're required to for accounting or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can access, export, or delete your projects and generated assets at any time from within the app. You can also request a copy of your data, or full deletion of your account, by contacting us at support@conemotion.com.

Children's privacy

ConeMotion is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
